Design Notes
The two genes were cloned in such a way that a polycistronic mRNA will be formed, but after translation two separate proteins will be produced as both still contain a stop-codon.

The device is composed from BBa_K190031, which contains the low constitutive promoter (BBa_J23109) together with fMT (BBa_K190019) , this is fused with BBa_K190028, GlpF the arsenic transporter.
